Retro Health does not bill insurance. We operate on a membership model — you pay a simple monthly fee that covers your care. Most members keep their insurance for hospitalizations, specialist visits, or labs, but day-to-day primary care, wellness, and direct provider access is handled through your Retro Health membership. HSA and FSA funds may be used for qualifying services.

As long as they need to be. There's no 15-minute timer at Retro Health. Whether your visit takes 20 minutes or an hour, you get the time your situation actually requires. This is one of the core reasons our members leave traditional primary care — they're done being rushed.

Very. Retro Health members have direct access to their provider by phone, text, and through our patient app — not a call center, not a nurse line. For most questions, concerns, or prescription needs, you won't need to come in at all. When you do need to be seen, same-day and next-day appointments are standard.

Yes to both. Telehealth is available to all members with no restrictions — schedule a video visit the same way you'd book any appointment. Home visits are available within a 20-mile radius of our Worthington office and are by appointment only, typically planned in advance. It's one more way we make care fit your life instead of the other way around.
