The BeautiFill procedure begins with liposuction, where excess fat is harvested from areas like the abdomen, thighs, hips or more. The harvested fat cells are purified using specialized equipment to ensure only the healthy and viable cells are used for the transfer process. Finally, the purified fat cells are carefully injected into the desired treatment area, providing long-lasting, natural-looking curves and contours.

During Your Procedure
BeautiFill is performed right here in our Worthington office under local anesthesia — you remain awake and comfortable throughout. Most procedures take 1–3 hours depending on the treatment areas. Because you're standing during key moments, Dr. Recker can assess results in real time and make adjustments for symmetry and natural-looking contours.
After Your Procedure
Most patients return to light activity within a few days. You'll wear a compression garment for several weeks to support healing and optimize results. Follow-up appointments are scheduled at 2 weeks and 6 weeks. Final results are typically visible at 3–6 months as swelling fully resolves.
Is BeautiFill painful?
Most patients report mild discomfort during the numbing process, but the procedure itself is well-tolerated. You remain awake and comfortable throughout.
How long do BeautiFill results last?
